How Sunis Home Care replaces a worker who isn't the right fit.

  • Every placement has a trial period and a "replacement guarantee until" date, shown in your dashboard.
  • If the worker leaves or isn't suitable before that date, request a replacement from your dashboard and our team will shortlist new profiles.
  • Exact guarantee periods are confirmed in your placement terms.
